CGR significantly broadens its worldwide presence by acquiring JB Springs in the UK

CGR is pleased to announce the acquisition of JB Springs (John Binns & Son Limited), a British specialist manufacturer of wire springs.

With over 125 years’ experience, JB Springs has built an exceptional reputation for designing and manufacturing custom spring solutions and wire-formed parts. The company has a wealth of experience in offering innovative solutions to the most complex issues in all industrial sectors, including medical, nuclear, retail and automotive.

The acquisition is effective as of January 12^th, 2023. The management team of JB Springs will remain in place, adding its expertise and industry knowledge to the family owned CGR group, contributing further to its international development.
