CGR joins the Climate Pledge

The French Business Climate Pledge is a voluntary commitment from companies based in France who take concrete action for building a low-carbon economy. Collective mobilization and voluntary initiatives highlight the diversity of solutions provided by companies in the fight against climate change, whatever their size and their sector of activity. The French Business Climate Pledge was initiated by MEDEF, the French business federation.

What does our adhesion to the Climate Pledge mean for CGR?

• We will measure our carbon footprint at all CGR sites in 2021 and set up mitigation plans;
• We will reduce our carbon footprint by 50% in 2025 compared to 2020;
• We will complete ISO 14001 certification for all CGR sites before the end of 2023;
• We will encourage our suppliers to meet or exceed our environmental engagements.
