AMF Nitifrance joins CGR International!

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of AMF Nitifrance, a French company based in Lury-sur-Arnon, in the Cher department, specializing, among other activities, in the manufacturing of Nitinol components, a shape-memory alloy.

Nitinol represents a strategic opportunity for CGR. Composed of nickel and titanium, this material is widely used in high-tech medical devices and gives the Group access to some of the most innovative applications in the medical sector, particularly minimally invasive surgery.

With this acquisition, we continue to pursue our ambition to strengthen our presence in the medical sector and expand the range of solutions offered to medical device manufacturers.

Our objective is to combine AMF's expertise with CGR's R&D resources, industrial capabilities and international presence to support new projects.
