First established in 1949 in Barcelona, CGR Europa is based in Mataró, Spain. The site designs and manufactures medium and large series of torsion springs, tension springs and formed wire parts, serving automotive and industrial applications such as car door handles, seats, wipers, drum brakes, airbags and locking systems.
With a workforce of 32 people, a 1,800 m² facility and 20 machines, CGR Europa serves around 25 main customers and more than 60 delivery plants. The company focuses on flexibility, technical expertise and reliable production, with capabilities covering wire diameters from 0.4 mm to 10 mm depending on the product family.
