CGR acquires JB Springs

CGR significantly broadens its worldwide presence by acquiring JB Springs in the UK

 

CGR is pleased to announce the acquisition of JB Springs (John Binns & Son Limited), a British specialist manufacturer of wire springs.

With over 125 years’ experience, JB Springs has built an exceptional reputation for designing and manufacturing custom spring solutions and wire-formed parts. The company has a wealth of experience in offering innovative solutions to the most complex issues in all industrial sectors, including medical, nuclear, retail and automotive.

The acquisition is effective as of January 12th, 2023. The management team of JB Springs will remain in place, adding its expertise and industry knowledge to the family owned CGR group, contributing further to its international development.
