CGR China Expands Jiaxing Site with a New factory!

This is with great pleasure that we announce the inauguration of a second factory at our Jiaxing site in China. Covering an area of 2,500 m², this ultra-modern facility dedicated to wire processing will eventually see the installation of more than 40 forming machines. The advanced setup will produce a wide range of components, including formed wires, torsion, compression, and tension springs, as well as torsion bars. Supporting operations such as grinding, setting, passivation, and shot blasting will be carried out in a controlled, clean environment.

The new facility also houses a 350 m² workshop specifically designed for the aerospace industry. Operating in a grey room environment, it is already NADCAP-certified for heat treatment. By late 2025, a NADCAP-certified passivation cleaning line will be added, further enhancing our capabilities to keep pace with local growth in the aviation industry.

With this expansion, CGR International aims to develop an additional turnover of 10 M€ and diversify into new markets such as medical devices, household appliances, and two-wheelers. This investment reinforces our commitment to supporting local industries and delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to customers worldwide.
