Tube and wire bending
Precision forming
Tube and wire bending is a cold forming technique used to impart a specific 3D geometry to a tube or wire. A distinction is made between press bending and rotary draw bending. CNC bending machines, combined with robotics, make it possible to produce large runs at high production rates.

Complex bends
Assembly and robotic welding
We support our customers in the design of complex parts by developing our own bending and stamping tools. Multi-slide tools reduce cycle times and improve productivity. Our fleet of state-of-the-art CNC machines ensures the precision and repeatability of the bending process.
The formed parts can then be assembled in robotised welding cells to form complex products. Tests and checks include verification of 3D geometry using digital methods, macrography of weld cuttings, destructive testing, as well as rigidity and torque tests under real-life conditions.
Tube bending applications
Precise, solid, lightweight parts
Bending tubes and wires creates precise, strong and lightweight parts, which are indispensable in many industrial applications.
- Medical equipment: Manufacture of hospital furniture, supports for medical equipment and structures for rehabilitation equipment in steel or stainless steel.
- Aerospace industry: Production of aeronautical components, such as seat frames and curved tubing in aluminium, steel or titanium
- Automotive industry: Production of seats (handle bars and seat adjustments), exhaust hooks and innovative applications for new forms of mobility, such as energy recovery and cooling systems.
