EloPin® PressFit® connectors
Our patented ELOPIN® PressFit solderless crimp connectors meet the requirements of modern electronics, reduce costs and improve productivity. They are used to connect micro and macro-electronic components, such as printed circuit boards. They offer high mechanical strength, withstanding vibrations, temperature variations and mechanical shocks. ELOPIN® connectors increase the reliability of electrical connections. CGR masters all the production stages, from cutting and stamping to crimping, overmoulding and assembly.

Our methods engineers, specialising in industrial performance, design fully automated production lines for the large-scale manufacture of complex connectivity modules in metal-plastic composites: cold forming, cutting, stamping, overmoulding, assembly, inspection and packaging.
Our manufacturing processes incorporate the very latest technologies in robotics, optical control and artificial intelligence. Controlling every stage in the implementation of a new line, from defining the specifications to building the production line, guarantees responsiveness and productivity, with the aim of achieving zero-defect quality.
