Design and production of flat springs

A centre of excellence within the Group, CGR Tricot specialises in the engineering and production of flat springs and other components made from sheet strips. CGR Tricot's expertise ranges from design using SolidWorks, Abaqus or Visicad, through prototyping to mass production. The plant supplies flat springs for a wide range of automotive applications, including braking (Pad Spring), e-mobility (Spring Bar), steering column (Grifaxes), cabin safety (dif-fuser filters), etc.

CGR Tricot has a machine park dedicated to parts from 0.10mm to 3.5mm thick and 100mm wide on sli-ders, and even 400mm wide on presses.
