Tube and wire bending

Press and CNC forming

Tube and wire forming consists of press bending and rotary draw bending a tube or wire to match the desired 3D geometry. Tube and wire bending is widely used in the car industry for seatings (handlebars, manual and electrical seat positioners), exhaust hangers and innovative applications for new mobilities such as energy harvesters and cooling systems.

Complex bending

Assembly and robotic welding

We support our customers in the design of complex parts by developing our own bending and stamping tools. Multi-slider tools reduce cycle times and improve productivity. Latest CNC machines ensure high repeatability of the bending process. The formed parts can then be assembled in robotised welding cells to create complex products. Tests and inspections include verification of 3D geometry using digital methods, macrography of die-cuts, destructive testing, and rigidity and torque tests under real-life conditions.
